LIMITED WARRANTY & IMPORTANT PRODUCT CARE INFORMATION

Congratulations!  We provide some of the finest values in heavy duty steel window boxes sold anywhere. By choosing HOMEPLACE GARDEN, you have chosen the best available that is field tested to bring you many years dependable service.

Because HOMEPLACE GARDEN stands behind the products sold, a lifetime limited warranty covers manufacturing defects of the steel window boxes; replacement of one piece does not automatically constitute the replacement of another piece.  This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser and items covered must be free of any damage- as any damage will void warranty of the product. Coco liners, screws, brackets or mounting hardware are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase.  Repair or replacement of any item in the savings package does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.  This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser only, and can be void if covered items were subjected to abuse or improper installation. Items that are accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty supersede the HOMEPLACE GARDEN limited warranty.  Normal wear and tear is not covered under this limited warranty.

If any HOMEPLACE GARDEN steel window box fails due to a manufacturing defect, HOMEPLACE GARDEN will repair or replace the product. HOMEPLACE GARDEN reserves the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality and does not guarantee that the color or specs of the replacement will match the existing piece.  Transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer. 

To get warranty service, contact your original HOMEPLACE GARDEN dealer.  Copy of proof of date and place of purchase and warranty registration is required to validate this warranty.  All warranty requests are subject to a Warranty Service Fee and shipping charges.

FIRST QUALITY GUARANTEE.  All HOMEPLACE GARDEN window boxes are brand new, never used, First Quality merchandise. We do not deal with any surplus, used or damaged merchandise. 
 

HOMEPLACE GARDEN and/or HOMEPLACE GROUP, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages which result through the use of these products.  HOMEPLACE GARDEN/HOMEPLACE GROUP Inc. warrants to the original purchaser at retail that this product will be free from defects in manufacturing for a period, as specified above,  from the date of purchase when used in accordance with the aforementioned instructions.  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.  This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state-to-state.
